We collect and store the following data:

• Riot API data — summoner name, PUUID, region, match history, champion mastery, rank, and live game data retrieved from the Riot Games API.
• Account data — email address and user ID managed by Clerk when you sign in.
• User-generated content — mental health journal entries, rival lists, and any linked summoner accounts you save.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, collected by Vercel.
• Payment data — subscription status and billing period managed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store card details.

We use collected data to:

• Display your match history, stats and coaching feedback
• Generate AI coaching notes via Anthropic Claude
• Track LP history and rivals comparisons
• Associate your Riot account with your HardCarry.ai account
• Process and manage your Pro subscription
• Improve the Service

We do not sell your data to third parties.

HardCarry.ai uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (only with your consent) (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Whop — payment processing for Pro subscriptions (whop.com/privacy)

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information including: pages visited, time spent on pages, how you arrived at our site, and general location (country/city level only).

This data is processed by Google LLC. Analytics are only enabled after you give consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by declining cookies in the banner or clearing your browser storage.

Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Coaching session data, match history and account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us or deleting your account.

Payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK financial regulations.

Some of our service providers operate outside the UK and EEA including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO or European Commission.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
