Terms of Service

By accessing or using HardCarry.ai ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

HardCarry.ai uses the Riot Games API to retrieve match history, summoner data, and live game information. This data is provided solely to deliver features of the Service.

HardCarry.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games. All League of Legends data including champion names, game assets, and trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

Accounts are managed through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you link your Riot account, we store your PUUID and summoner information to provide personalised features such as LP tracking, match analysis and the dashboard.

Coaching notes and analysis on HardCarry.ai are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional coaching advice.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

Features that depend on the Riot Games API may be temporarily unavailable during API outages or if Riot Games modifies or revokes API access. We are not liable for any disruption caused by third-party API changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HardCarry.ai. By using the Service you confirm you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

Pro features are available via a paid subscription processed by Lemon Squeezy (A Maple Leaf Innovations Inc. company). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Whop's refund policy at whop.com/terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

The HardCarry.ai platform, branding, and original content (excluding Riot Games assets and third-party content) are owned by HardCarry.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing data@hardcarry.ai. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR. For full details of your data rights see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, defame or harm other players

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HardCarry.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £10.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
